It all starts with your needs. Our stamping and blanking division runs both line and progressive dies with press capacity running from 30-800 tons and bed size up to 120 inches. We produce parts for both production and service requirements. These divisions specialize in both cut-to-length and configured shapes. Our coil and feed lines handle coils up to 60,000 lbs.; as well material width of up to 72” and material thicknesses up to a Quarter inch. We process carbon and stainless steel along with aluminum.
We can now run material as thin as .005 to help assist with lightweighting for EV in the automotive and other industries. Our lines give us the capability to accommodate successfully thinner stainless and aluminum to meet speciality stampings.
